PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST:

1. Verify the owning SPID for the desired TNs.
• If they ARE on LOGIX SPID 8833 or SPID 7048, you may submit the request here.
• If they are NOT on either LOGIX SPID 8833 or 7048, but are on SPID 505B you MUST submit your request to Inteliquent
